Associate Director

Elisabeth Manipoud Figueroa, ML has expertise in international law, has coordinated multilateral interagency collaborations, and developed international programming and frameworks for the Joint United Nations Program on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS).

She currently serves as Associate Director of the Center for Immigrant, Refugee, and Global, overseeing operations, funding, and staff.
